We're built around two capabilities. We research — tracking and stress-testing what's happening in agent architectures, model capabilities, machine-to-machine payments, and identity, then writing it down in language a non-specialist can act on. Most AI consultancies do one or the other. Research firms produce reports nobody can implement. Dev shops build whatever the client asks for, whether or not it should exist. A droplet is the smallest unit of water. On its own it's almost nothing. Enough of them, moving in the same direction, become something that reshapes the ground.
